At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Zuo Modern purchase. If you need to return a Zuo Modern item, please review the return policy below.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
- All Zuo Modern items must be UNOPENED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns
- CUSTOMER is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
How to Return Your Purchase
- Request Return Authorization
- Email returns@cavesuppplies.com to initiate your Zuo Modern return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
- Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
- Packaging Requirements
- Use original Zuo Modern packaging materials
- Include all parts and hardware
- Write RA number clearly on outside of box
- Keep proof of shipping until return is completed

- DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For defective items, Cave Supplies will provide a return shipping label
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage
- Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
- Ship all returns to:
- Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return is received
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- 20% RESTOCKING FEE is deducted from refund amount
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
Important Notes
- Retain all original packaging and materials until you’re certain about keeping your purchase
- We recommend taking photos of items before returning
- Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for refund
- Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
- Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed
