At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Innovation Living purchase. If you need to return a Innovation Living item, please review the return policy below.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
- All returns must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and LIKE-NEW CONDITION
- 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
- CUSTOMER is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
- Original delivery charges are NOT refundable
- Returns for buyer’s remorse or otherwise must include all parts and accessories.
How to Return Your Purchase
- Request Return Authorization
- Email returns@cavesuppplies.com to initiate your Innovation Living return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and the appropriate return shipping addres
- Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
- Packaging Requirements
- Use original Innovation Living packaging materials
- Include all parts and hardware
- Write RA number clearly on outside of box
- Keep proof of shipping until return is completed
- Items must be in like-new condition (no pet hair, stains, or visible use)
- Shipping Information
- Return shipping ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED with your RMA number, as Innovation Living operates multiple warehouse locations
- DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For defective items, Cave Supplies will provide return instructions
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage
- Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
- Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection
- Original shipping and delivery costs are not refunded
- 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- Allow up to 5 business days for refund to appear on your card
Warranty
Innovation Living products include a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Regular wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the specified return period.
Important Notes
- Inspect all items upon delivery
- Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the item and packaging.
- Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Items showing abuse or misuse will not be accepted
- Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
- Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund.
- Unauthorized returns, returns without an RMA number, or returns sent to the wrong address will not be credited.
