Innovation Living Refund Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO ONE OF INNOVATION LIVING’S WAREHOUSES. DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO CAVE SUPPLIES. ANY ITEMS SENT TO CAVE SUPPLIES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED. ⚠️

At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Innovation Living purchase. If you need to return a Innovation Living item, please review the return policy below.

Return Guidelines

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
• All returns must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and LIKE-NEW CONDITION
• 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
• CUSTOMER is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
• Original delivery charges are NOT refundable
• Returns for buyer’s remorse or otherwise must include all parts and accessories.

How to Return Your Purchase

1. Request Return Authorization
   • Email returns@cavesuppplies.com to initiate your Innovation Living return
   • Include your order number and reason for return
   • We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and the appropriate return shipping addres
   • Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
2. Packaging Requirements
   • Use original Innovation Living packaging materials
   • Include all parts and hardware
   • Write RA number clearly on outside of box
   • Keep proof of shipping until return is completed
   • Items must be in like-new condition (no pet hair, stains, or visible use)
3. Shipping Information
   • Return shipping ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED with your RMA number, as Innovation Living operates multiple warehouse locations
   • DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
   • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
   • For defective items, Cave Supplies will provide return instructions
   • Pack items carefully to prevent damage
   • Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
4. Refund Process
   • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection
   • Original shipping and delivery costs are not refunded
   • 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
   • Refund will be issued to original payment method
   • Allow up to 5 business days for refund to appear on your card

Warranty

Innovation Living products include a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or abuse
• Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the specified return period.

Important Notes

• Inspect all items upon delivery
• Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the item and packaging.
• Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
• Items showing abuse or misuse will not be accepted
• Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
• Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund.
• Unauthorized returns, returns without an RMA number, or returns sent to the wrong address will not be credited.
