At Cave Supplies, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Holland Bar Stool Co. purchase. If you need to return a product, please carefully review the return policy below.
Return Guidelines
- Damage/Defects: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Contact Customer Service immediately.
- Buyer’s Remorse: All Holland Bar Stool Co. products are custom-made. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Unopened Products: Buyer’s remorse returns are accepted for unopened items within 10 days. Products must arrive at Holland Bar Stool Co. by day 14.
- RMA Number Required: All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by Holland Bar Stool Co.
How to Return Your Purchase
- Request Return Authorization
- Email [email protected] to initiate your Holland Bar Stool Co. return
- Include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of damage (if applicable).
- An RMA number will be issued after approval.
- Prepare the Product for Return
- Products must be in brand new, re-sellable condition.
- Use original packaging with all parts and accessories securely included.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship The Product
- Return shipping instructions will be provided with your RMA.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective or damaged.
- Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after the product is inspected and deemed to meet the return criteria.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
- 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
- Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Assembled or disassembled products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products not in original condition or missing accessories
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Any item beyond 14 days from delivery date for buyer’s remorse or 48 hours for damage claims
Warranty Information
Holland Bar Stool Co. provides warranties based on product type:
- Stools, Tables, Chairs: 5-year warranty (excludes finishes and upholstery)
- Hampton Series: 2-year warranty (excludes finishes and upholstery)
- Enduro/Euro Table Tops: 2-year warranty (excludes table top finish)
- Logo Series: 1-year warranty (excludes printed vinyl and finishes)
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Important Notes
- Inspect all items upon delivery. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours.
- Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
- Cave Supplies is not liable for shipping costs to return products to the manufacturer.
