At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Fast Furnishings purchase. If you need to return a Fast Furnishings item, please review the return policy below.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
- All returns must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and LIKE-NEW CONDITION
- 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
- Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- CUSTOMER responsible for return shipping on all other returns
- Original free shipping promotion does not apply to returns
- Mattresses are NOT returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping
How to Return Your Purchase
- Request Return Authorization
- Email returns@cavesuppplies.com to initiate your Fast Furnishings return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
- Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
- Damaged or Defective Items
- REFUSE delivery if damage is visible upon arrival
- REPORT concealed damage immediately upon discovery
- Include detailed description and PHOTOS of damage
- Email documentation to returns@cavesuppplies.com
- Choose between full refund or free replacement
- Shipping Information
- Return shipping ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED with your RMA number, as Fast Furnishings operates multiple warehouse locations
- DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
- Cave Supplies will arrange free return shipping for damaged/defective items
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage
- Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
- Refund Process
- Refunds processed after return inspection
- Full refund for damaged/defective items
- 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
- Return shipping costs deducted for non-defective returns
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Allow 5 business days for refund to appear
Important Notes
- Must inspect all items upon delivery
- Document any damage before accepting delivery
- Claims for defects/damage must be reported immediately
- Items showing abuse or misuse will not be accepted
- Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
- Returns without an RMA number will not be processed
- Large items shipped via curbside delivery – customer responsible for bringing inside
