Fan Life Return Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO ONE OF FAN LIFE’S WAREHOUSES. DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO CAVE SUPPLIES. ANY ITEMS SENT TO CAVE SUPPLIES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED. ⚠️

At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Fan Life purchase. If you need to return a Fan Life item, please review the return policy below.

Return Guidelines

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
• All returns must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and LIKE-NEW CONDITION
• 25% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
• 25% REPACKAGING FEE applies if original packaging is missing
• 2.5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE will be deducted from refund amount
• CUSTOMER is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
• Delivery charges are NOT refundable
• Mattresses are NOT returnable unless structurally defective (must report within 12 hours of delivery)

How to Return Your Purchase

1. Request Return Authorization
   • Email [email protected] to initiate your Fan Life return
   • Include your order number and reason for return
   • We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
   • Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
2. Packaging Requirements
   • Use original Fan Life packaging materials
   • Include all parts and hardware
   • Write RA number clearly on outside of box
   • Keep proof of shipping until return is completed
   • Items must be in like-new condition (no pet hair, stains, or visible use)
3. Shipping Information
   • Return shipping ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED with your RMA number, as Fan Life operates multiple warehouse locations
   • DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
   • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
   • For defective items, Cave Supplies will provide return instructions
   • Pack items carefully to prevent damage
   • Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
4. Refund Process
   • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection
   • Original shipping and delivery costs are not refunded
   • 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
   • 2.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted
   • Refund will be issued to original payment method
   • Allow up to 5 business days for refund to appear on your card

Warranty

Fan Life products include a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins from the date the product is manufactured or the date the product leaves manufacturer’s control, whichever is later.

• This warranty covers products under normal wear and tear, use and operation
• Fan Life’s warranty remedy is limited to replacing the product or sending replacement parts for on-site repair, at Fan Life’s discretion
• Fan Life shall have a reasonable period of time to make such replacements
• Customer must give prompt written notice to Cave Supplies of any alleged defects, including a specific description of the problem and the date and location of purchase

Rug Warranty

• Homefield and Spirit rugs are warranted for 2 years from the date product is manufactured or leaves manufacturer’s control, whichever is later
• Coverage is limited to substantial defects in materials and workmanship

Important Notes

• Must inspect all items upon delivery
• Any damages MUST be noted on delivery manifest/bill of lading
• Claims for defects/damage must be filed within 48 hours of receipt
• Returns after 7 days but within 30 days subject to additional inspection
• Items showing abuse or misuse will not be accepted
• Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
• Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed
