ECI Return Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO ONE OF ECI’S WAREHOUSES. DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO CAVE SUPPLIES. ANY ITEMS SENT TO CAVE SUPPLIES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED. ⚠️

At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ECI purchase. If you need to return a ECI item, please review the return policy below.

Return Guidelines

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
• All returns must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and LIKE-NEW CONDITION
• 25% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
• 2.5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE will be deducted from refund amount
• CUSTOMER is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
• Delivery charges are NOT refundable
• Mattresses are NOT returnable unless structurally defective (must report within 12 hours of delivery)

How to Return Your Purchase

1. Request Return Authorization
   • Email [email protected] to initiate your ECI return
   • Include your order number and reason for return
   • We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
   • Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
2. Packaging Requirements
   • Use original ECI packaging materials
   • Include all parts and hardware
   • Write RA number clearly on outside of box
   • Keep proof of shipping until return is completed
   • Items must be in like-new condition (no pet hair, stains, or visible use)
3. Shipping Information
   • Return shipping ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED with your RMA number, as ECI operates multiple warehouse locations
   • DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
   • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
   • For defective items, Cave Supplies will provide return instructions
   • Pack items carefully to prevent damage
   • Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
4. Refund Process
   • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection
   • Original shipping and delivery costs are not refunded
   • 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
   • 2.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted
   • Refund will be issued to original payment method
   • Allow up to 5 business days for refund to appear on your card

Warranty

ECI Furniture products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to residential use only and is subject to proper care and maintenance. It does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Exposure to extreme heat, humidity, or direct sunlight
• Ring marks, stains, or discoloration from liquids, chemicals, or improper cleaning methods
• Damage caused by placing hot items directly on surfaces without protection
• Use in commercial or non-residential settings
• Failure to follow the care guidelines

Important Notes

• Must inspect all items upon delivery
• Any damages MUST be noted on delivery manifest/bill of lading
• Claims for defects/damage must be filed within 48 hours of receipt
• Returns after 7 days but within 30 days subject to additional inspection
• Items showing abuse or misuse will not be accepted
• Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
• Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed
