At Cave Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Costway purchase. If you need to return a Costway item, please review the return policy below.
Return Guidelines
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date
- All returns must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION with ORIGINAL PACKAGING and tags
- 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
- Returns without original packaging will incur a $45 REPACKAGING FEE per item
- All accessories from original shipment must be included
- CUSTOMER is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective items)
- Delivery charges are NOT refundable
How to Return Your Purchase
- Request Return Authorization
- Email returns@cavesuppplies.com to initiate your Costway return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
- Do not ship items without an RA number – returns without RA numbers cannot be processed
- Packaging Requirements
- Use original Costway packaging materials
- Include all parts and accessories
- Write RA number clearly on outside of box
- Keep proof of shipping until return is completed
- Items must be in brand new condition (no visible use)
- Shipping Information
- Return shipping ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED with your RMA number
- DO NOT ship returns to Cave Supplies – they will not be processed
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For defective items, Cave Supplies will provide return instructions
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage
- Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted
- Refund Process
- 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection
- Original shipping and delivery costs are not refunded
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
- Allow up to 10 business days for refund to appear on your card
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items
- Customized items
- Offline purchases (items not listed on our website)
- Products marked as “Non-returnable”
- Bundled discounts (unless entire set is returned)
- Assembled or disassembled products
- Any item beyond 30 days from delivery date
Important Notes
- 20% RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns unless defective
- Must inspect all items upon delivery
- Any damages MUST be noted on delivery manifest/bill of lading
- Claims for defects/damage must be filed within 48 hours of receipt
- Do not refuse delivery without authorization
- Items showing abuse or misuse will not be accepted
- Gift recipients must coordinate returns through the original purchaser
- Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed
- Unauthorized repairs will not be covered
